Growing up in Maryland, both my parents were artists and antiques dealers. For as long as I can remember, I have sculpted people and animals out of clay. Before I became a full-time artist, I worked as a retail personnel manager. When my job was eliminated, I turned back to art and antiques creating a cottage industry. "Cottageville Santas." I found the more I used my imagination to make the Santas, the more people loved them. This has opened a whole new world for me! I am fascinated with the 1930's and 40's, black memorabilia, robots, and holiday decorations.
